I have black hair that has mostly faded back to my natural brown its a lighter brown but still is predominately black still. I want to go blonde so what kind of kit would I get to bleach it I dont want to go to a salon or whatever and how much would a kit cost thanks...

Please don't attempt this yourself... For starters, you don't know how porous your hair is and how long it will take for the black to be lifted from the hair, there is absolutely no way your hair is all going to lift to the same tone of blonde, your roots will turn the desired shade, your mid lengths may reach an orange and your ends may not lift at all. leaving you with very damaged uneven colour and the if you try to dye it back it will turn green. I am a professional colour technician so this is just some free advise......

GO TO A SALON. They can do it right and it won't fry your hair as bad. Have it professionally done so your hair doesn't fall out as bad

I've bleached my hair from black to blonde, by the way, it RUINS your hair. i would advise going to a salon or just letting it grow out to all natural hair THEN dyeing it.

But to bleach it right now, you can just go to the store and by a kit, it costs about 15-25 bucks.

There is a bleach kit at sally beauty supply called "Blonde Brilliance". I believe it's about $7. This kit comes with a cap if you want to put highlights in.

umm... you can go to a salon and have them strip the black color out... but i think that is expensive... but it would work best for dying it blonde

ooh you will probably go orange or at best yellow its not the bleach its all in the toneing you would be best to go to a salon but if you dont and risk it or take another advice well---- i told you so----

You can get a bleach that will take all the colour out for about 鎷? or 鎷? - you will then need to use a colour to get what hair colour you want to achieve (again about 鎷? - 鎷?) - Try Superdrug, Boots or Wilkinsons (Or your local chemist or supermarket)

It is really really really hard to go from black to blonde. I dont know how much of your hair is black but if it is the majority of your hair, it probably won't work and will come out a strange color. Honestly, I would see a proffessional or wait it out, and I know you hate hearing that but it is the best thing you can do or you can really mess up your hair. It is worth it in the end because you save more money because you won't be fixing your mistake like you will be after you try to dye it again with cheap products. Trust me I know this from my own experience, lets just say my hair color has ranged from natural blonde to dyed blonde to dyed blonde again only this time it turned orange! oops!
