Well maybe you could try to dye it again. There isn't much to do about it. If you don't like it then you could wear your hair up a lot so that not very many people will notice it. You could use blond shampoo and that will help to make your hair more blond so that it won't look orange anymore and your hair will turn back to blond like it usually is. John Frieda blond shampoo works good and you can get it at your local drug store if you want to.

I'm not exactly sure what happened; however, it sounds like you didn't let the bleach process long enough. Also, you probably need a stronger developer (the hydrogen peroxide part)---such as a 40 level developer. Most hair goes through an "orange stage" when the color is lifting. You have to leave it on long enough to allow the color to fully lift beyond the orange.

Just a word of caution--be careful about leaving it on too long and putting bleach on already bleached hair. You could very easy "fry" your hair into something that is really damaged. It is always best to cut a small lock of hair from underneath and do a "test" color.

If you want to go dark again, one really safe and natural dye is henna. It doesn't last as long as ammonia/peroxide based color, but it will work. You can't really make your hair lighter with it, but you can use henna as a toner or to deepen the shade of your hair.
