Wash his hair and his scalp thoroly(sp) with shampoo for a few days. It will go away. I would NOT use nail polish remover because it can hurt his hair and his head.

Nail polish remover...and then rinse with LOTS of water.

I would think using something oil based. Maybe baby oil? I definatly would not use remover......

As answered earlier on. Don't use nail polish remover on a todlers head, it can burn his delicate skin and possibly damage the root folicles. Try the oil thing (baby oil or olive oil) the oil should make the nail polish flake off.
