i like what they call a halo. they take a layer of hair and dye it a different shade. the top and bottom of hair stays same color but if your hair is up or down the halo peeks through.

i know these are streaks.. but i think if you put really thin blonde hi-lites everywhere in your hair (get ur salon to do it!!!) taht would look different and edgy
