I put a dark blond hair color on my hair last week to tone down my sun bleached blond hair color and it didn't turn out as dark as I had wanted it to. Can I put another dark rinse on my hair this week and not damage my hair or, should I wait for another month or six weeks?

It's not healthy for your hair to try to lighten it too close together. Even when you do go in to lighten it (6-8 weeks) you only lighten the new growth at the scalp, not the whole hair shaft. Try going to a salon and see if they can't just tone it for you. That way you don't have to worry about frying your hair and you will probably come out with the color you're looking for

from my experience its going to damage your hair badly, i bleach my hair and it dies. you could try getting a treatment after the damage and it would repair.

As long as you don't make a habit of doing it, it will probably be fine.

I believe the box says to wait 10 days before dying again - you should have that covered.
