Would hair glaze do it? Cause I really don't want to full out dye it... I highlight it a lot, but i just want it lighter!

Colr glaze probably won't lighten it very much.Since your hair is already so light you can probably buy a box of dye at the store and dye over it with pretty good results.That looks like a beige blonde to me.Get something like this:

After that if you want to add a little depth to your hair you can get a box of hair bleach and do some highlights or even put in some lowlights if it's too blonde for you.

You can do all of this at home but if I were you I'd go to a salon where they know what they're doing.If not just make sure you follow the directions on the box exactly.If you don't bad things can happen.
