I have longish blond hair and i have bands that go straight across but i part them . i have long layers and i want to cut my hair but i need an idea. I dont want to cut much length off though. Should I cut out my long layers and get side swept bangs and get it thinned?

You can't cut out your layers, but you can grow them, and your bangs out and then get the bangs side-swept and thinned.

i think lately brunettes are more in fashion....Blonds might be more eye catching but brunettes have that warm and more mysterious look.....They make you feel more comfortable being around them and the truth is people do take them more seriously......

I've been Blond for almost ten years and recently i returned to my natural colour.....I noticed that people d behave differently around me.....They try to approach me in a more classy way....

I also think that you should never be too far from your natural colour.....Nature new better why you should be Blond, brunette or redhead....With a few exceptions.....

ok well depends on the person, if you have dark eyebrows please do not go platinum blond. If you have light eyebrows dont go super dark. Changing your haircoloris ok but only go a few shades lighter or darker than your natural color.

I like light brown with highlights. I get the most compliments when it is that color. As of right now it is ash blonde and I am growing it out. Being a blond is too much maintenance!

Right now my hair is naturally wavy and is my natural color as in the top pics, My eye color is greenish and my skin is light but not overtly pale. What color do you guys think!!

hmm i realy like your hair the color it is now, but if you really feel like dying it then i would go for a deep chocolaty brown color with highlights, or a less intense/bright version of that mohagany. I wouldn't go blonde again, i think you look better with darker hair.

since it appears that you have dark eyebrows, I would stay away from any light colors. I think you look great with your natural hair color. Maybe you could add some highlights, a lighter brown and maybe some caramel color.

maybe like that mohogony colour but darker. my hair right now i was naturally blonde but then i went brown, so my hair is a dark brown with a red tinge and it looks pretty cool actualy. or you could get funky colour extensions, i have those too. hot pink and purple. lol

I am going to be honest with you. Your natural color is gorgeous and so much better than the others. The blonde will wash you out and looks very fake. You should just add some of the mahogany as highlights but keep your beautiful color as it is!!! The dark hair goes very well with your eyes and fair skin!!

Your natural is best but Carmel would be nice to add in highlights. I think you should cut a few inches off and layer the bottom 6 inches up to your chin. It needs a little movement.

1)put your hair in a ponytail

2)on the last time you pull your hair through the hair elastic, stop pulling it through when you get it halfway through

3)mess it up a little

4) put more hair scrunchies in it to hold it in place

This is what i do and it looks sooo cute:

*The night b4 u go somewhere, put ur hair up half way then braid the part not up in a bunch of different braids until you can't keep going (try to use pony tail holders WITH OUT the metal part or it will bend upward)

*take some of the hair that's up and do that again ^^^^

*take it all down and make sure ALL of your hair is completely braided (unless you don't want your bangs like that,if any, cause thats what i do)

*Spray it with water until it is soaked

*dry it with a towel and make sure it is still kinda wet

*sleep in them, and when you wake up take all of them out

*your hair is crimped!!! lol

i do that since my crimper is BrOkEn!!!!! well since at them top it looks kinda weird ON ME, i put it up half way with a small toothed comb and it looks SOOO cute. it lasts a few days unless you wash it.

Stick with the blond, just be yourself. On a show in New York, a brunet guy, and woman stood on the large side walk in New York. Neither one of them got the attention of anyone. Their hair was bleached to blond and they tried it again, both of them had someone ask for their numbers that time. So I don't know where you got your information from. And several women in my area find blonds to be more hot.

well since you have dark hair, blonde would most likely be too much of a drastic highlight for you. if your hair is brown, i would try a few reddish-amber highlights.
